One more day and the Caldera Springs project will be more of a reality than ever before. Lot selection starts on Saturday at 9 a.m. The excitement is everywhere, agents, clients and builders are gearing up for what most believe will be a great place to visit and live. With lakes, streams, waterfalls, golf and bike trails there isn't much more anyone could want. Located in the beauty of Central Oregon and just across the road from Crosswater the location is perfect.
Caldera Springs will have just about every view one would expect and has desired in Central Oregon. As a Broker I am often asked about lake front properties, there just simply has not been any available as all of our lakes are on public land. Now for the first time this resort will offer lake property, although the lakes will be man made they will be beautiful and appear that they have been there since the beginning of time.
Although lot selection is Saturday and Sunday there may be time to get your name in the hat for phase 2 the final phase of Caldera Springs.
