Caldera Springs - Sunriver Real Estate

Well, the big event is over and in my opinion it was a huge success. Everything was well organized, and professional, at the end of the day there were a few lots left but most everything sold. What a huge accomplishment for a December event in Central Oregon.

I am very proud of the team that put this together for us. They were beyond perfect, there was nothing they could have done better.

Thank you Caldera Team, glad I am a part of the wonderful company.

The Eve of Caldera Springs Lot Selection

Wow... 4 months ago Caldera Springs didn't even have a name, now we wait for morning and know that on Sunday there is a good possiblity that $50,000,000 in contracts will have been written in a 48 hour period. That is huge, the excitement is everywhere and I believe it will be a positive experience for all involved.

We have almost 100 people ready to assist our VIP buyers and agents, what a huge accomplishment.

Sunriver Realty as usual has out done themselves. The preperation, the thoughts and just the concern of taking care of our customers continues to amaze me.

I am very blessed to be a part of this enthusastic teams and exciting project... more to follow on how day one of lot selection goes.

Sunriver Real Estate

One more day and the Caldera Springs project will be more of a reality than ever before. Lot selection starts on Saturday at 9 a.m. The excitement is everywhere, agents, clients and builders are gearing up for what most believe will be a great place to visit and live. With lakes, streams, waterfalls, golf and bike trails there isn't much more anyone could want. Located in the beauty of Central Oregon and just across the road from Crosswater the location is perfect.

Caldera Springs will have just about every view one would expect and has desired in Central Oregon. As a Broker I am often asked about lake front properties, there just simply has not been any available as all of our lakes are on public land. Now for the first time this resort will offer lake property, although the lakes will be man made they will be beautiful and appear that they have been there since the beginning of time.

Although lot selection is Saturday and Sunday there may be time to get your name in the hat for phase 2 the final phase of Caldera Springs.

Caldera Springs & Sunriver

Late fall and early winter are the greatest in Central Oregon. The real estate market is booming, the ski resorts are open and people are loving the snow. There seems to be a great attitude that goes with those first couple of snow storms, settling the dust and making everything bright and white. Today you will find some great values in La Pine, Three Rivers South and Bend. Many buyers are becoming very motivated and are anxious to sell, this is a great time for the investor to take advantage of some of these listings. Sunriver is still seeing huge appreciation. Saturday and Sunday the first phase of the newest Central Oregon Resort will have lot selections. Caldera Springs is slated to be the best addition Central Oregon Real Estate has seen in 20 years.

Winter has arrived in Central Oregon

Winter has arrived and yet the real estate market is still moving strong in Central Oregon.

Sunriver Lodge is light up and covered in snow looking like a winter wonderland.

La Pine had the trucker's light parade last night.

Mt. Bachelor is open and skiers are having a blast.

Some may believe that buying or selling property with winter here is more difficult, however, with a good pair of boots, a warm jacket anything is possible.

Now is the time to see the beauty of our area.
